As we in the Locura Collective are becoming increasingly known and in demand in gastronomy and sustainability circles and thus are expanding, we are looking for new members who would like to join us on a long-term basis starting now.

Tasks:

// Caterings and festivals:
 

➝Working days are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

➝Approx. 10hours working time per day

➝min. 20h/week per person (i.e. 2 days/person per week)

It includes:

-Driving the food truck to events and caterings (we will provide training)
-Folding empanadas (we will teach you as well)
-Serving the empanadas, interacting with customers, and handling the cash register

// Roles:

➝You can pick yours depending on your skills, interests, and our current needs

➝You can decide on the hours and tasks, under mutual agreement

We are currently looking for support in the roles of:

 -Maintenance (repairing things or having them repaired, organising legally required inspections (e.g, the TÜV) etc.)
 -Coordination tasks (different areas)
 -Group processes, training, and internal communication
 -Public outreach and design
 -Team planning
 -Various projects (e.g. hut concept for Christmas market)

// Production:

-Kitchen
-Dough production

What you should bring:

 -Driver’s licence (B) – prerequisite

 -Solidary attitude
 -Commitment
 -Reliability
 -Desire to work and make decisions together
 -Interest in gastronomy
 -No problem working on weekends
 -A sense of responsibility

-Ability to work on your own initiative

-Ability to structure yourself and organize your work independently

Nice to have:

 -Experience in gastronomy
 -Spanish / German knowledge
 -Experience in collective structures and grassroots democratic processes

Hours:

We are mainly looking for people who want to work full time.
Part-time is not excluded, but at 20hrs/week or less, the biggest focus will be put on food truck shifts.
